Welcome to the Evolve 2021 Exhibition Manual. Meeting & Events Australia is pleased to be bringing Evolve 2021 to Sofitel Melbourne on Collins on Tuesday 7 September - Wednesday 8 September 2021.
The Exhibition Manual has been setup as an Online Exhibition Site to provide easier access to information and downloadable requirements. All the information you require to setup your In-Person Exhibition Booth & Virtual Exhibition can be found on this site.
Please ensure you complete the 3 Step Exhibition Checklist below to finalise your involvement ahead of Evolve 2021.

Complete your Online Exhibitor Form and submit the Key Submission Items:

Submit your Company Logo & Profile

Advise of Deliveries

Confirm Storage Requirements

Upload your Public Liability Insurance: Certificate of Currency

3. Register your Team
Register your team who are attending using your included registration entitlements:

Order exhibitor catering

Manage lead retrieval

View stand booking

The main stand booking contact will receive login details to finalise your team registrations
